How do l secure my wedding / event date?

- Receive a response within 24 hours
- We’ll confirm availability and start the consultation processes
- Contract and invoice are sent
- Deposit is paid and date is secured
Do you require a deposit, and when is the final payment due?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. In the event of cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Final payment of the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Do you travel for weddings or events outside your area?
Absolutely! I work on weddings and events locally, interstate, and even overseas for destination weddings.
- Local travel: There is no travel fee within a 50km radius of Byron Bay. For locations beyond this, a fuel fee will apply.
- Flights & accommodation: If flights or overnight stays are required, these costs will be covered by the client.
The Process
You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out that will give us a comprehensive understanding of your day and expectations. Then around 6 weeks out from your wedding date we will have our final content call and go over everything in detail. This allows us to make your content completely bespoke to you and your day.
What happens on the day?
We arrive on site in a calm and professional manner as we want you to be fully emersed in your special day. Throughout the event we will be discreetly capturing everything as it unfolds.
How do l receive my content?
All raw and unedited content will be uploaded within 24 hours. Then all short form reels are within 48 hours.
